"Doing Business with HHMI" describes the general procurement policies of HHMI as they relate to the interface between Institute scientists and members of the supplier community. Because the Institute is geographically dispersed throughout the United States, it is important that we provide the supplier community with the information they need in order to provide the best possible service to our scientists and their staff. As the brochure describes, these policies are implemented through the Offices of Administrative Services (OAS) which are located at various universities throughout the country.
